The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) maintains a register of teachers which consists of teachers who have been awards RAD *Registered Teacher Status (RAD RTS)
Teachers on the register are required, as a condition of membership and registration, to uphold the RAD’s Code of Conduct and Professional Practice for Teachers registered with the Royal Academy of Dance.(www.rad.org.uk)
Students who do the Royal Academy of Dance with FORMS Registered Teachers can be confident that they are receiving a comprehensive, well-structured and relevant education in Classical Ballet. They can be sure that they will be taught according to safe teaching principles with the opportunity to be externally assessed through progressively structured examinations held at FORMS annually, that is

FORMS is Ministry of Education registered Private School and the Teacher is a member of the R.A.D-*RTS. All RAD registered teachers is required to uphold the RAD's Code of Conduct and Professional Practice.

FORMS was established in 1994 in West Coast Recreation Centre. 2004 we relocated to unit 02-24A BUKIT TIMAH Plaza. We have inspired many of our past students to be ballet teacher locally and oversea teaching in U.K. and Australia. Many students joined the professional Ballet Company in Japan and Washington in U.S., and also various dance groups.One such group is "Soul Fusion" top 3 finalist in the Dance Floor competition in 2007.
Your Child at FORMS is assured of safe and correct way of training in RAD Classical Ballet.
